Locating the target

I made a few moves commonly utilized during my time spent as a private investigator. Given what information I did have, provided by the witnesses who happen to be neighbors, I employed a third party with more access to acquire names and addresses. Luckily the list was short and I believe the target was located. Next move is to capture a picture of the individual and compile that picture, with multiple additional pictures, of individuals of similar age, features, and individuals with similar hair color, etc. Then bring the photo lineup to my neighbors/witnesses and gather further confirmation that I have located the correct individual.
