Watch the water for watermarks

Just a theory here, but if quantum computing was involved in tracking the ballots from the 2020 election, it could be done with a watermark during manufacturing. If this is the case, it's going to expose a whole hell of alot more than what's going through the courts today. Literally, every single ballot CAN BE TRACED AND ACCOUNTED FOR. And those millions of fraudulent Chinese ballots would be instantly exposed as fraudulent with a simple visual examination. Check with the SOS sites in WI, PA, GA, etc.. they all have to use them.
