Love is NOT about feelings

Our culture tells us that love is based on feelings that are beyond our control, with phrases like "falling in love" and "you can't choose who you love." The Bible says something drastically different: love is an action, and you can practice it whether you feel like it or not. Which view is right, and why does it matter?
