Big Pharma Indemnified: License to KILL
In 1979, the Bayh-Dole Act intended to reform our patent system. Instead, the Act allowed big pharma who received taxpayer funding to develop technology and enjoy all economic benefits. As an example, Pfizer received nearly $2 billion dollars while Maderna received $438 million dollars in taxpayers’ funds to develop a coronavirus vaccine, yet there is no reciprocal benefit to the taxpayers since it required taxpayers to pay a premium for the vaccine. Is it a coincidence to learn that Anthony Fauci, Dr. Elias from the Gate’s foundation and the director of the Center of Disease Control in China sit as board members of the Global Monitoring Preparedness board which is a part of the World Health Organization?
