Biden: "What Press Conference!"

On the eve of his first and only live press conference since being declared a President, an open-mouthed, mentally "absent" Biden seems not to be able to hear and understand a simple question, needing it repeated by two people and his response should disturb you very much!
How can a man with his diminished mental state ever claim credit for "crafting" ANY piece of legislation that makes sense and meets constitutional muster?
"Front-man" he is, he's being managed and given minimal actual duties. He's incoherent at multiple times now with ever live appearance.
It's time to bring out his double - he'd do a better job of coherent communications.
