The Canal

Evergreen tug got its ass kicked to the wall,
H3RC about to be revealed and will fall.

What’s in the containers, we all are asking,
the truth will be told, time for unmasking.

Trading interrupted around the entire earth,
The Suez canal cannot give berth.

Russians on one side, Americans the other,
there is no place to run for cover.

Everyone’s watching with great anticipation,
fingers crossed in every nation.

From China to the Netherlands, your journey was halted,
waiting for blame, who will be faulted?

Economy again has been interrupted,
wondering now if transport is corrupted.

How long will it take to unravel this mess,
how it can be done is anyone’s guess.

The waters do rise, the waters to fall,
is the end of the evil cabal?

When will forgiveness be Ever Given,
when comes the day we go back to livin’.
