ALERT falling shards

The warning alarm blasting through the Oregon and Washington area of the Pacific Coast on March 26 2021 is now being classified as "spaceX junk." . . give me a small break! Some local news say "it was planned." If it was planned than who do we fire for planning a space dump over populated areas? Why wouldn't they dump it in ocean or over UNPOPULATED land?

Pretty intense, and scary for those people I'm sure!
