My Gumbo Recipe

Our family Gumbo recipe is simple!

2 lbs cubed chicken
28 oz sliced sausage
about 1.5 sticks of butter.
about a cup of flour
1 stalk of celery
2 large bell peppers
2 medium/large white onion
chicken stock
rubbed sage
ground thyme
cayenne pepper
salt
black pepper
kitchen bouquet
rice
