At what point do we the people say we’ve had enough and take back our country?

Our own POTUS will not enforce our constitutional laws, the same ones he swore to uphold. The left's control of the swamp and their plan to make our nation into a socialist government is openly touted as progressive. At what point do we the people say we've had enough and fight to take back our country?
