- wrap a murder investigation, (further scrutinized because it also constitutes a terror attack),
- secured and clear the scene,
- call in 300 off-duty officers in uniform, dozens of cars, SUV's and motor cycles, in FORMATION
- close and secure multiple  the street
- Arrange over 300 officers in them in parade stance, closed roads, brought in more vehicles and held a parade!
