Simple Progress in Spirituality

Truth is true for everybody. People who have never met before but talk about the same thing must be true. These are the truths that I speak about in my videos. I recommend learning a mixture of spiritualities to pick the pieces that work best for you. The truth is about love and unity. It's simple. We show love through caring, compassion, and helping one another. Imagine how it feels when someone helps you or cares for you. We can all do 1 thing today that shows love and care towards someone else. When we go outside of ourselves we connect to an energy of love and unity and already begin to feel better.
