Biden's stupidity, like our Rights, is absolute!

Clown-Show Biden stated that our Rights, which are God-given and codified in the Constitution, are not absolute. These are the words of either:

A.) A dictator that cares for liberty like a model cares for food

2.) A complete buffoon who doesn't know what he is talking about

Third) A combination of the above
