Constitutional Carry Act HB1238

Some days are not so much fun. Like waiting and watching in the Texas State Legislature for our Constitutional Carry Acts to all be heard. It was a twenty-four hour marathon and literally exhausting. But these 15 seconds today made every minute worth it!
