Consider: There are many verses in Psalms that declare the heart and silence - various reasons and outcomes. There is a time and a place for silence. Using your YouVersion app, insert “Silence” in the discover section and specify Psalms. Discuss the verse(s) that draw your heart closer to the Lord. Be honest and open with those around you.

Challenge: Fast. Grow in your Fasting life as you are/where you are. Consider writing a journal excerpt before, during, and/or after your next Fasting with your God.
