Info from Licensor: "Scout is a 1 year old Corgi living in Rochester MN. We frequently have tornado sirens drills here and yesterday he heard them for the first time! He thought he would try to copy them and he did a pretty good job I’d say! Scout is a funny corgi with lots of personality and spunk. We’d love to share more funny videos in the future."
