Occurred on April 10, 2021 / Tavernier, Florida, USA
Info from Licensor: "At the boys weight lifting regionals competition, I forgot to put chalk on right after washing my hands in the bathroom, they also were wiping the bars off cause of covid. An ambulance came said I was okay to continue, so I ended up getting first in the competition."
