Meditation to cultivate insight

Breathing in, I invite all humanity to breathe in with me, all humanity is in me.
Breathing out I send joy to all living beings who live on planet earth.

We usually think that other human beings are outside of us, but in fact humanity itself is also within us, humanity is present in every cell of our body, all human beings are really with us.

So, when I inhale, I invite humanity in me to enjoy inhaling with me, and when I exhale I see all human beings exhaling with me.

I inhale with my lungs, and these lungs are also those of all other living beings, humanity has transmitted its lungs to me.

So humanity enjoys my inhale and my exhale.

I is humanity we are together, and this is very beautiful.

Breathing in I feel so light, and I transmit this wonderful feeling to all other human beings who live on this planet.

Breathing out I feel so free, and I transmit this great feeling to all of humanity.
Breathing in, I invite all human beings within me to breathe in with me, I know that humanity is within me.

Breathing out, I invite the humanity that is in me to breathe out with me.
