Get out of your house and get some of that good sun

When I talked about skin disease, of course too much sun is not good for your skin. But too many people avoid it completely like the plague or put sunscreen all the time and basically can never really get that vitamin D. And from the evidence I seen from many sites, the toxic chemicals in traditional sunscreen could potentially cause the disease we are actually trying to avoid. Vitamin D deficiency is linked to so many potential disease or health problems that it's not wise to avoid it. The sun is our friend :)

Hey everyone, just quick reminder to you to get outside, get some sun. Enjoy life, think about your life and your plans for your future to not have any regrets later. Don’t stay on auto-pilot like most people in today’s society. Explore and get out of that comfort zone. Peace love and light :) cheers, Nick
