China accuses U.S. and Japan of "reckless harm"

China's foreign ministry on Monday accused the United States and Japan of committing "reckless harm" to international order after U.S. President Joe Biden and Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga said they would present a united front on Taiwan.
