Quarterback Milton Joins UT

The news today in the recruiting circles is that #JoeMilton, #Michigan quarterback, is going to transfer to join Josh Heupel at the #UniversityOfTennessee. This should be a sign that one of the these guys on the Tennessee roster is entering the transfer portal.
