Allegiance with temporary or allegiance with permanent? What causes have you taken up? Are they things that effect temporary change or permanent change? Where are your heart strings attached to? This world, which is temporary, or the Kingdom of God, which is permanent? The culture or the Kingdom, which do you choose? Temporary seems to come a lot easier than permanent, and permanent seems to shake up our comfort zone a lot. Permanent, you have a future and a hope, temporary you have pleasure that doesn’t last or stand the tests of time. Do you follow after men, temporary in nature, or God, permanent in nature? What things are you chasing after in this life? Are they temporary or permanent in nature and characteristic? The best way to live life here is to dig our life roots deeply in God’s Kingdom and make choices that reflect that life-style from every moment to every choice, we choose that which is permanent.
