Normal Blood Pressure Range In Adults
A person's normal blood pressure can go up or down, depending on the physical activity undertaken and the emotional condition experienced. So, you don't have to worry when your blood pressure is different from others, as long as this number is inconsistent or low for a long time.

How to measure blood pressure
Measuring blood pressure is the only way to know whether blood pressure is normal or not. You can measure blood pressure independently at home using a tensimeter or ask the help of nurses or doctors in clinics and hospitals.
You should not smoke, avoid drinks containing caffeine, and do not take it at least 30 minutes before measuring blood pressure so that the results are accurate.
