Hours after her husband (Walter B. Hoye II) was taken into custody at the Alameda County Superior Court for the 'heinous' crime of holding a sign that said: "God Loves You And Your Baby. Let Us Help You", passing out literature (i.e., Pregnancy Care Center brochures) and having a conversation (e.g., "May I talk to you about alternatives to the clinic.") in front of a Family Planning Specialists abortion clinic in Oakland, California on a public sidewalk (despite video tape evidence that Walter's First Amendment rights were being violated), Lori boldly airs her grievances with Judge Stuart Hing, the Oakland City Council and the Black Pastors in the city of Oakland.
