WORKOUT DETAILS:
3 ROUNDS ✖ 40s on, 20s off
1. dumbbell swing to squat
2. sumo squat to upright row
3. lunge hold
4. bent over row to bicep curl
5. glute bridge close grip chest press to skull crushers
6. side - middle - side crunch
