Reminder of this easy chicken dish

Hello Tony followers and newbies,
I’m sorry I haven’t posted for a while. It’s the biking season over here in the UK and after the restrictive lockdown, I’ve been benefiting from the good weather to get in some rides. Please bear with me. I’m back on course in a week or so with some more of my friendly meals. Personally, I’ve been eating ping meals from our best supermarkets, purely for the sake of convenience.
