Using Retired Designer Series Paper (DSP) to Make Beautiful Cards

I don't know about you, but I LOVE Designer Series Paper and there are times it is so pretty, you don't want to use it - I know that sounds crazy. So, as I work through the "hoarding" of paper, here is a great tutorial to make some beautiful, yet simple cards to use up some of your retired Stampin' Up!
