Duck is stuck in a Turtle Swimming Pool

I did not know if this was just a duck playing around in the pool or if it was the duck that has problems with it's legs it did turn out to be the legs. I thought it may have been stuck before I recorded so I was waiting for a second person to come help before doing anything.
