Well Watered - Study the Scriptures Like The Bereans

The Bible exhorts Christians not only to read the Scriptures but to STUDY them in order that they may discern and prove what is true and thereby reject error. The primary reason why there are so many false teachers and by consequence false Christians in the professing Christian Church today (predominately over-represented in the charismatic and progressive leftist/liberal sector) is that Christians have largely failed to do just that. 'Study to show yourselves approved", while primarily an admonition to men called by God into the office of overseer (ie: pastor) applies to ALL Christians, and is not a suggestion but rather a command. (2 Timothy 2:15)
