Befriending a crow

My garden is full steam into spring and everything around it is still asleep.
This crow eats my ladybugs and worms because I tilled my soil and it’s easy to find these meals.
We are at a trade off, I let it eat my dogs food if it doesn’t eat my ladybug 🐞 and worms 🪱.
So far so good!
