NBAF: What could go wrong?

A National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility in Manhattan, KS will research livestock disease that is lethal to both animals and humans with: NO cure, NO treatment, NO vaccine. It is dangerous and irresponsible to have a BSL-4 in America's Beef Belt. There is always a risk of release. Why take that risk in Kansas, surrounded by livestock? Speak up to stop construction and demand the federal government relocate the BSL-4 research.
