Dude Demolishes Tree

A dude demolishes a mature Oak tree, start to finish. This video is a solo tree demolition with appropriate hard rock accompaniment. The dude climbs the tree using a rope, spurs, and a saddle, and then reduces the tree to sticks and sawdust with his Stihl 192t and MS360. On the final cut he has wedges and an axe at the ready, utilizing the axe to knock out the face cut. He places a safety wedge by hand just before the trunk falls neatly onto the brush pad. The demolished tree was a mature Water Oak (Quercus nigra) with a ganoderma infection. The ganoderma infection likely manifested after a lightning strike five years previous.
