Everything you ever wanted to know about lawyers*: Episode 1: Introduction

This is the first in a series of videos I am going to do about my adventures in the legal profession, which seem to interest a lot of people. In the process I will explain a lot of things that lawyers take for granted about who we are, what we do and why. Some of these are things that normal people either wonder about and don't have anyone to ask. Some of them are things they will find surprising and would never have thought about asking.

The reason to watch me explaining this, besides my obvious charm and aesthetic appeal, is that I have had a very INTERESTING and unusual career and yet one which has seen some occasional achievement in the profession.

Also for all my heartbreak and cynicism, I love what I do. This realization may make you sad by the time we're done with the series, but I have come to terms with it and I hope you will too.

Disclosure: The title is misleading. I will not explain *everything* you ever wanted to know about lawyers. I can, however, promise that it will be more than you want to know.
