Butte County BOS Corruption Exposed

This video of Butte County Board of Supervisors meeting was recorded on Tuesday April 27, 2021.

In May of last year. when Stephen Jackson sent that statement to the board of supervisors, county counsel (Bruce Alpert) instructed the board to simply stop reading our comments aloud. Thats when the board of supervisors and the county clerk broke the law... This our house, our business, and this pompous board thinks they will decide what we should be allowed to hear. There’s quite a bit more that they’ve done and Stephen will be revisiting this board with more information that our public was denied. Videos will be posted here.

Our affidavits for the guilty board members will include the misdemeanor crime of “intentionally depriving the public of information to which the board member knows or has reason to know the public is entitled” (violation of Ca code title 5, div 2, part 1, chapter 9).

The gross pollution of 24M gallons of stormwater into Hamlin Slough is information that you were entitled to know AND the board intentionally deprived you of knowing for one full year.
