Abandoned Ranch Site Up In The Spring Mountains, NV

We took the Jeep up to the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area and found this abandoned ranch site with a mud wall cabin.
My internet search on this location came up with nothing.
I apologize for the dusty camera lens.
