Mysterious UFO hunting in California

This video was sent to me on December 10, 2020.
Is this probably the best UFO Orb movie of 2020?
As far as I can tell, this is legal without CGI or computer voodoo. All the information in the video looks so valid that I can not say it is 50/50 or catch your eye. I'm actually going to stick to the "real UFO event" about this one. This is quite strange, this is a UFO disclosure, almost exactly what happened in the 3 UFO movies released by the US Government and the US Navy. The only difference is that there is no jet looking for a UFO.
