Reuben Quesadillas - THM S

I used this recipe for the tortillas:

After cooked, I filled with pastrami ,swiss and saurkraut and grilled it up in the pan. Once done, I added some thousand island. I winged it with the dressing, but this is one you can use and stay on THM plan:
