Constitutional Carry And The 2A's Overton Window

The Texas state Senate could vote on Constitutional Carry language this week, and as Cam points out, while there are still plenty of threats to our Second Amendment rights, gun owners are moving the Overton Window when it comes to the right to bear arms.
