Vernon BC Taxpayers Denied Access to NDP MLA Office

Between February 22, 2021 and April 28, 2021 Vernon BC taxpayers have tried multiple times to arrange a meeting with, and to present information and questions to, Vernon Monashee MLA Harwinder Sandhu.

The MLA office on multiple occasions has refused to open its door to meet with taxpayers and to accept written documents.

With a base salary of $111,000 and clearly in breach of a campaign promise to be, and remain, accessible to constituents, this newly elected NDP MLA is apparently not fulfilling her responsibilities, nor acting in good faith in accordance with her sworn oath of office.

Vernon Monashee taxpayers and voters will not forget the insensitivity and the lack of responsibility being demonstrated.

All 89 BC MLA's and their offices have been provided with numerous questions concerning the NDP government's responses on many key issues and there has been reportedly a deafening silence.

Will taxpayers and voters remember this treatment when next going to the polls?
