The Port of Darwin, what the media is NOT telling you.

The Port of Darwin was leased in 2015 for a 99 years to the Landbridge Group, a Chinese corporation.

The lease was approved by the Foreign Investment Review board when Scott Morrison was Treasurer.

Architect and signatory of the China Australia Free Trade Agreement (CHAFTA) Andrew Robb, who was Investment and Trade minister at the time, also gave the green light for the lease. Robb left office shortly after and 'landed' a job working for the Landbridge Group for $880,000 p/a.
