Careless driver couldn’t decide whether or not she wanted to make the turn. ended up about a foot away from the side of my car. probably just got into the wrong turn lane and didn’t see me, right? wrong. five seconds later, she pulls a u turn across double lines and two lanes just to make the turn she was gonna make before she tried to cut me off.
