Grilled Corn on the Cob (3 Ways)

Shuck Corn

Butter each ear and wrap in foil. Grill approx 15 minutes turning 1/2 way through.

Garlic Parmesan Corn

3 Tbsp Butter - softened
2 Cloves Garlic - minced or Roasted if you have
Parmesan Cheese

Mix butter & garlic, slather on grilled corn, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Cilantro Lime Corn

3 Tbsp Butter - softened
1 Lime - juiced & zested
Cilantro - chopped

Mix all ingredients and slather on grilled corn. Squeeze lime juice on corn prior to
serving.

Bang Bang Corn

1/2 C Sweet Chili Sauce
3 Tbsp Butter - softened
1 Tbsp Sriracha
2 Limes - juiced
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cilantro - chopped
