How to play fetch indoor with your dog

What you will need is just a simple rubber ball.

When your dog is active mainly in the morning after breakfast, grab the ball and throw it. Your dog should follow the ball, and just keep repeating the word fetch. If your dog does not let go of the ball, do not run after him, do not take the ball of his mouth. Just end the session.
If you have a dog that is super hyper; then when he is resting, just the ball pass him but not to far or too fast; he should respond with getting up and getting the ball.

This is one of the ways that makes your dog calm down throughout the day. You may want to take him for a walk later on in the evening to get a nice sleep without him disturbing you at night
