Dr. Tess Lawrie, PhD, UK: Why Are We Not Using Ivermectin to Prevent and Treat Covid?

The recent World Health Organization meta-analyses and our meta-analyses suggest that massive reductions in deaths and covid infections are possible if ivermectin is used for both treatment and prevention of covid. Despite these large effects, however, WHO is not recommending Ivermectin for covid treatment or prevention, insisting that more evidence on safety is needed. In this presentation, I explore the reasons for this reluctance.
