Episode 4 - Time Keeps on Ticking (Part Three) is the last chapter in anime through the decades. In part three we enter the 1990's with an economic crash that saw the shutdown of many studios. But in this crisis, the voices of new creates were heard by a nation and the whole world. Their creations helped anime enter into its' second golden age in the 2000s and 2010s. But how long will this second golden age last?
