Whale sharks are the largest sharks in the ocean. In fact, they are the largest fish of any species. Losing in size only to a few species of whales, they are really huge. But, despite their size, they are really the gentle giants of the depths. They have no teeth and cannot bite a human or cause any damage, unless they collide with someone who doesn't get out of their way.
