How does America incentivize people who are making more at home than going to work?

Greg Gutfeld over at Fox News delivered a great monologue about how the Democrats fail to understand incentives. There isn’t any incentive for people to go back into the workforce if they are being paid more to stay home. How do we solve this issue?
