Angel Fire NM - first day of snowmaking at the base

from a couple of years ago. . Good Dog Captain and I had been hearing the snowmakers at the top of the mountain (but had not hiked up there to see). Early on this particular morning I heard the snowmakers at the base, so Cappie and I wandered over there to have a look.
