A schoolteacher recalls how the vaccine turned people into deadly zombies leading to an apocalypse. In a small town called Apple Creek, strange deaths and attacks by vampires spur an investigation.
The local clinic finds that a degenerative brain disease is the cause. The vaccine is determined to be the source.
Apple Creek's dance school for girls is in the crosshairs. Hungry vampires are seeking the young women of the area, and violent zombies are seeking just to kill the unvaccinated.
