The Reconciled Church 2017 "Celebration of Unity" at Free Chapel Atlanta featured remarks by Lynne M. Jackson. Lynne is the President and Founder of The Dred Scott Heritage Foundation and the Great-Great Granddaughter of Dred and Harriet Scott of the Dred Scott Decision, 1857.

Here Lynne shares how the descendants of United States Chief Justice Roger B. Taney, who believed that Blacks "had no rights which the white man was bound to respect; and that the negro might justly and lawfully be reduced to slavery for his benefit" and the descendants of Dred and Harriet Scott reconciled their differences.
