Eduicated in schools of lies that taught them lies and now we have people who are literally in a constant state of confusion?

Verse 17 Vanity in their Mind = Selfish, it’s all about me, the selfie generation.
Verse 18, understanding darkened = Evil thoughts throughout their reasoning?
Verse 19, past feeling, lasciviousness, uncleanness with greediness = No apathy for anyone / lust-arousal-lude / morally impure – greed
